Design for New Builds and Renovations
Our team specializes in a holistic and personalized approach that begins with an intensive study of our client and their vision that we translate to highly detailed technical drawings. We then follow the complete execution of each project through furnishing selection and sourcing to the final installation of custom cabinetry and heirloom-quality elements. At each step, we are both advocates and guides as we curate and refine the architectural details, textiles, materials, furnishings, and artwork of an elevated, enduring home.

Full Service Design
We collaborate closely with architects on each project to create drawings that echo and complement the home’s exterior. Our team is skilled in both the invention and execution of concepts that balance form and function, complete with high-quality furnishings that mirror the inherent characteristics of each space. We work with a talented network of experts, artisans, and vendors that turn our ideas into tangible, livable environments.
Our background in construction means that we understand how to design a home that will feel as good as it looks, that will provide a comforting backdrop for intentional living. We spend an unprecedented amount of time on detailed drawings, deep diving into specifications and ensuring that every element works together organically.

01 DISCOVERY
Every project begins with an initial call to determine whether our services are a good fit. It’s incredibly important to us to align closely with our clients on goals so that it’s a positive experience for everyone. If we both choose to proceed, we will send a design proposal outlining the estimated scope of work. Once signed, our client will pay their retainer and their project will begin.
02 DIRECTION
After collecting as much information about the client and home as we can, we begin with vibe boards of the overall feel and direction we are using as a direction. These are often abstract, with tones, textures, and natural imagery that help us create something brand new. Once we’ve established a direction, we begin detailed drawings of millwork, floor plans, and elevations. When these have been refined and approved, we move on to selecting the elements that will add depth and speak to the overall story—finishes, furnishings, and textiles.
03 construction & procurement
By the time we reach this phase, the concept is clear and we are dedicating ourselves to gathering materials, sourcing furnishings, and overseeing construction. We make frequent site visits to keep things running smoothly and work with craftsmen to source elements like furnishings, draperies, and softgoods.
04 INSTALLATION
When construction is finished, we are finally able to install all of the furnishings, artwork, and personal souvenirs that will bring life and intuitive livability to your space. When we are finished, we have the honor of welcoming our client home to a place that feels at once aspirational yet totally familiar.
